Candle
Burning Safety and Tips
To safely enjoy your candles, please follow these instructions:
1. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
2. Keep burning candles out of reach of children and pets.
3. Always place lit candle on a sturdy, heat resistant surface.
4. Be sure that candle has adequate space around and above for proper
ventilation and to avoid heat damage.
5. Keep wicks centered and trimmed to 1/4" to prevent smoking.
6. Allow candle to cool before trimming wick or relighting.
7. Very important! Discontinue use of candle when only 1/2 inch of wax
remains to prevent heat damage or fire. Do not allow flame to touch side
of jar. Hot containers will damage furniture and can shatter!
8. Never move a burning candle.
9. It's best not to burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time.
10. The first time you light a candle, allow it to burn until the liquid
wax covers the entire top of the candle. This will insure that it will
perform better and burn more evenly throughout it's entire use.
